Miracle Hoff, MS, LPCC, LAC

Miracle’s Approach: Miracle’s approach to counseling is strength-based and client-centered, implementing evidence-based practices that best address the individual clients’ identified needs.
Experience: Miracle is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor with over 14 years of experience providing individual and group mental health and substance abuse services to adolescents and adults in community, detention, and educational settings. She has served as an adjunct faculty member for the Department of Social Work at Minnesota State University Moorhead since 2011. Miracle has co-authored two books- People in Crisis: Clinical and Diversity Perspectives and Crisis Education and Service Program Designs: A Guide for Administrators, Educators, and Clinical Trainers. Additional prior work experience includes serving as an Executive Director of a mental health and substance abuse services agency. Miracle receives ongoing continuing education to stay current with the issues and ethical guidelines necessary to provide quality mental health services in conjunction with state licensing requirements.

Nicole Domine, LICSW
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Nicole’s Approach: Nicole’s approach begins by really getting to know each of her clients in the process of developing strategies to meet their individual treatment goals. Nicole seeks to personalize care utilizing interventions customized to fit each individual, incorporating evidence-based clinical interventions while building upon the client’s current skills and available resources.
Experience: Nicole is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience providing individual and group mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in the Fargo Moorhead area. Nicole has worked in various settings, including outpatient community mental health, psychiatric treatment facility, and educational settings. Nicole has experience working with diverse populations, both individually working with clients and implementing a team-based approach in conjunction with other professionals providing mental health treatment interventions.
